These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Slicer’s subscription-based platform, which provides analytics and data about cryptocurrency markets. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Slicer.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Slicer. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.


2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Subscription Plans

Slicer offers monthly and yearly subscription plans, with flexibility to introduce other durations at our discretion. Details of each plan, including pricing, are available on our website.

2.2 Billing and Payment

We use services like Stripe to securely process payments. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis per your selected plan.

2.3 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for payments after a billing cycle begins.


3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, extract, harvest, or copy Slicer’s data without prior written consent

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise share Slicer’s content or analytics

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive Slicer’s proprietary methods or algorithms

  • Use Slicer in any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive manner

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or infrastructure of Slicer

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and legal action where applicable.


4. Intellectual Property

All content, analytics, data, software, trademarks, and intellectual property available on Slicer are the exclusive property of Slicer Labs Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use Slicer for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not use Slicer’s data or outputs to develop competing products or services.


5. No Financial Advice

Slicer provides market analytics and data for informational purposes only. We do not offer financial, investment, trading, accounting, or legal advice. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency markets are volatile, and any decisions you make using our data are made at your own risk. Slicer is not responsible for any financial losses incurred from your use of the platform.


6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Slicer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our data

  • That access to Slicer will be uninterrupted or error-free

  • That Slicer will be free from viruses or harmful components


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slicer Labs Ltd. and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use or inability to use Slicer.


8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Slicer at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect our business interests.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the effective date. Continued use of Slicer after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
